If you’ve had a chance to read through the website, you’ll have already seen our NEWEST and most ambitious goals - to put Wildlife Rehabilitation Centers throughout Africa! Whatever your focus, we have most likely funded a project that speaks to it! You can view our multitude of current programs and you can also view our previous, completed projects! From Nicci Wright’s pangolin rehabilitation, release and tracking programs (including any medical costs), using state of the art telemetry equipment for a safer monitoring experience - to our cheetah, lion, elephant and rhino relocations! Additionally, we have funded medicines, travel, equipment and supplies for frontline veterinarians, ranger equipment and supplies, educational field experiences for local children to visit game parks and reserves to speak with rangers, vets and support teams and to witness rhino dehornings to comprehend why, sadly, there is a need to do this. For up close and personal experiences of their precious wildlife, including lessons around Africa’s sustainability programs, its delicate ecology and a future ensuring its prosperity.

We’ve built a school creche for young children in a Zululand community. We purchased 12 bicycles for rangers in the northern most regions of South Africa’s Kruger Park where previously rangers would have to patrol up to 17km a day, on foot, in the searing heat to check on wildlife. In Kenya we funded a water tower and fresh, monthly water supplies to a remote part of Kenya, in a forest where elephants now migrate to have their young.

Our giving is two fold - protecting and defending Africa’s vulnerable wildlife, and supporting the surrounding communities impacted by its wildlife. If you donate monthly, you automatically become a member of our Over and Above family and receive regular updates and a video of each finalized project!

We appreciate every donation, because each gift informs us that one more person understands the needs we are addressing and that currently, all contributions are crucial to the crisis animals and humans forced to interact with them, face.

We are implementing short and long-term strategies to prepare for and mitigate the social and economic impact of COVID-19 on wildlife. Despite these very challenging times, our mission, core values, and vision for our partners in Africa is unwavering.
